Shipping and Returns

At TIMBER RIDGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  

What can be returned?

  • Unused items
  • Items in their original packaging
  • Items purchased directly from TIMBER RIDGE (returns for items purchased from authorized dealers will be subject to their policy)

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us: Initiate your return by emailing us at [email address removed]. Please include your order number and a photo of the item in its original condition.
  2. Wait for approval: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.
  3. Return the item: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label, attach it to your package, and return it to us using the provided carrier.
  4. Receive your refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we’ll initiate a full refund within 24 hours. You can track your return using the tracking number on the return label.

Need a Quick Exchange?

We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange an item for a different size or color. While we don’t offer a formal exchange policy, we’re happy to consider your request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your detailed request, and our customer service team will do their best to assist you.

Additional notes:

  • We are unable to process returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Shipping costs for returned items will be covered by TIMBER RIDGE through the prepaid return label we provide.
  • It’s important to note that processing times for returns may vary depending on your location.
